Please, I desperately need help with inbound

Hi, I am having the usual problems with NOTICE6989: chan_sip.c:23534 handle_request_invite: Call from 'Inbound' (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5060) to extension 'XXXXXXXXXX' rejected because extension not found in context 'trunkinbound'.

The inbound above is the ip address of the trunk provider. The extension is the CID number.

My dialplan:

exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,1,AGI
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,2,Dial(sip/${EXTEN:1}@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX,55,tToR)
exten => _91NXXNXXXXXX,3,Hangup

The XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is the IP of our SIP provider. Outbound works fine. Please help.

hi

the "extension 'XXXXXXXXXX' " is it exact number or any alpha numeric

also go to vi /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf

search for trunkinbound context
post the dialplan below the trunkinbound context

Hi Pat,

Please provide us the call flow of your inbound. Are you planning to route it on your extension or ingroup going to campaign or Callmenu/IVR going to ingroup?
