1) I have a Static IP, How do I have to set my eth0 & what Info Do I have to fill in that (EX: Static IP…???, Netmask…?, Default Gateway…?
2) And In “EDIT DNS” How do I need to set Primary, Secondary & Teritary DNS (Where Can I get my Primary, secondary or terriraty DNS???) I know its silly Pls help me out.
3) EX; Static IP: XXX.XX.XX.XX? Where and all do I have to set this IP in etho config?
4) Pls dont send me the starter guide link I tried but there’s no Specific Info on how to assign Static IP

IP: 192.168.0.100
SUBNET MASK: 255.255.255.0
DG: 192.168.0.1

STATIC IP: XXX.XX.XX.X0
SUBNET MASK: 255.255.255.0
DG: XXX.XX.XX.DG
DNS: XXX.XX.XX.DNS1,, XXX.XX.XX.DNS2

1) Login
root
vicidialnow

2) Setup
Network configuration option
And then “EDIT DEVICES”
Network card eth0

THIS IS WHERE I WILL GET CONFUSED?!

Name: eth0
Device: eth0
Use DHCP: [ ] Unchecked
STATIC IP: XXX.XX.XX.STIP
NETMASK: 255.255.255.0
DEF GATWAY: XXX.XX.XX.DG

And then ‘OK’

EDIT DNS configuration

Hostname: capricon.tld
Primary DNS: XXX.XX.XX.DNS1
Secondary DNS: XXX.XX.XX.DNS2
Tertiary DNS: 4.2.2.2 (OPEN DNS)

NEXT, [root@vici ~]# service network restart

& Updating Server IP [root@vici ~]# update_server_ip

After doing all these things I’m not able to open page in browser from anywhere.

Pls correct me, Let me know If i’m doing any mistake.
