Description
Good day!
When you enter the recordings of conversations under the role of supervisor, the recordings of conversations are not displayed, the report Sales Tracker is also not displayed. The agent level tried to set both 8 and 9, and that does not help. The supervisor access group is open. What could be the reason?

Please also take note agents and visor should be on one usergroup.
