Description

After setting up a survey campaign, if you move the number of dedicated lines down, e.g. if you have agents going to lunch, etc. and then attempt to move the number of lines back up afterwards, one gets this error.

Error Number: 1062

Duplicate entry '770001002' for key 2

INSERT INTO vicidial_users (user,pass,full_name,user_level,user_group)
values('770001002','yzr5lx37n9','Survey Agent 1002','4','AGENTS')

This has been shown to be an issue on 3 different machines, clean install from ISO.

Done with fixing the bug when changing number of lines.
