Description

After setting up a survey campaign, if you move the number of dedicated lines down, e.g. if you have agents going to lunch, etc. and then attempt to move the number of lines back up afterwards, one gets this error.

Duplicate entry '770001002' for key 2

This has been shown to be an issue on 3 different machines, clean install from ISO.
