Description
Hi Thom,
Can you please check on this issue on the agent time detail. the report is not accurate if check time frame that is set on the same day the "Agent Time" and "Pause" is showing hundred of days.
ill send the server credentials via message.

pause_sec data stored in the database is large.
Making a function to display a more accurate data.

Made some changes on the SQL query of `Agent Time Detail`'s API... Kindly pull it on a test server with new call data and test it. Thanks.
