Hi,
Actually I'm implementing call center with Goautodial version-4 and installed successfully. But I want to implement call queue position service like when caller start call for agent they will be hearing queue position and being waiting. How can I do that? Please help me by giving suggestion. I am looking forward anyone who help can me about on this matter.
